Since Covid-19 hit our community we have moved much of our Advice over to telephone work and we have found that it is more convenient for many clients so we are now intending to retain a telephone service - now called Adviceline.
Adviceline is staffed by trained staff and volunteers who are able to give general advice about all aspects of our services including welfare benefits, debt, employment, housing and family issues.
If you have used us in the past to access our face to face services, Adviceline is just the same quality of advice but over the phone - so you don't have to wait in the office and we can arrange a callback to suit you if necessary.
If while we are talking it becomes clear that we need to refer you for a face to face appointment with one of our advisers, or onto our national specialist advice services such as immigration or consumer lines, we can book it at a time that suits you.
