Research and Campaigns Team Leader
It's Caroline's job to write reports and research the data that we hold about our clients so that we can tell politicians and policymakers when there is a problem. Caroline is also responsible for partnership working, developing and improving our service, external relations, PR, marketing and fundraising at Citizens Advice North Lancashire.
