David is a Trustee at Citizens Advice North Lancashire.
David is one of our Trustees and also both a City and Town Councillor. He is an active campaigner for the wellbeing of the area. He knows the people and local area well, walking and cycling whenever possible - whatever the weather! He serves on the Overview & Scrutiny Committee, and is involved with the City Council's Climate Liaison Group.
