Lorna is our Citizens' Representative and Bay Enhanced Health Check Adviser.
Lorna works with our teams, and NHS teams to support our clients who have complex long-term needs, and who may need support and advocacy to access services in a way that works for them. Lorna works mostly out in the community doing home visits and meeting clients in places accessible to them.
She is also an Adviser who works with Bay Medical Group, the Integrated Care Commission and Choose Health among others, to help deliver enhanced health checks to parts of the community with a view to improving health outcomes for individuals and families. Lorna's dual roles work well together as they feed into each other nicely.
