Sarah is our Volunteer and Client Services Team Leader
Sarah has the important job of looking after our 60+ volunteers, putting them through their training and co-ordinating the rota. Our volunteers work across both our Lancaster and Morecambe offices, giving up their time for free to help our clients with any problems they may have. Sarah ensures everyone is in the right place, at the right time, with the right people!
She also heads up our Admin team and gives a warm welcome to our clients when they call or visit our offices. Client Services are the faces you'll see in reception, speak to on the phone to book appointments, and are the people who administrate the whole client journey.
