Calling all parents! Do you know about Healthy Start Vouchers?
If you’re on a low income, at least 10 weeks pregnant or have a child under 4 years old, you could get help to buy milk, fruit and vegetables.
The scheme has just gone digital so you can now apply online for your Healthy Start card here: https://services.nhsbsa.nhs.uk/apply-for-healthy-start/
If you qualify you get:
£4.25 each week of your pregnancy from the 10th week
£8.50 each week for children from birth to 1 year old
£4.25 each week for children between 1 and 4 years old
If you're eligible, once you've applied you'll get a card in the post which you can use like a debit card. You can use your Healthy Start card in most supermarkets.
