Our Christmas Opening Hours

Happy Christmas from all our staff, volunteers and trustees! We hope you have a lovely break.

We will be closed from 3pm on Thursday 23rd December until 9am on Tuesday 4th January 2022.

If you need advice when we are closed, the Citizens Advice website has some useful information on it and can be found at www.citizensadvice.org.uk

Locally, if you need any kind of urgent help, including a food bank referral, please contact the City Council on 01524 582 000. They will be open each day except Christmas Day and Boxing Day.

If you are in urgent need of housing help, the Council's out of hours emergency number is 01524 67099.

Shelter are available for housing advice free on 0808 800 4444.

If you need someone to talk to, are feeling low or isolated, the Samaritans are always available on 116 123.

Finally, if you are in any immediate danger, call the police on 999.
